Job Responsibilities

Sjuhäradsbygdens Färgeri is growing and needs to expand its team with more Production Assistants!

Your main responsibilities include monitoring the machines to ensure that production runs efficiently. You will be responsible for replenishing materials, packing finished products in the final process, and ensuring that quality requirements are met. The work also includes setting up machines and performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Other tasks may arise depending on production needs.

Working hours: Training will take place during the day before transitioning to 2-shift.
Location: just outside Kinna.

Background and Personal Qualities

As a person, you are driven and meticulous and understand the importance of maintaining high quality in the products manufactured. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and keep your workspace organized. Furthermore, you are a flexible and helpful colleague who does not hesitate to pitch in where needed to ensure smooth workflow.

Meritorious: Experience from the industry, preferably with a background in the textile sector.

Requirements: Driver's license and access to a car.
